We'll need F4SE to get a proper sort of ringing sound rather than just glueing that sound on an explosion itself. The author also has a mod for realistic sounding explosions- just make sure you get the optional file to disable the ear ringing effect.
Get this with other sound mods, huge difference indoors. I'd also recommend pip pad with it but that's subjective. Pipboy flashlight for spookier lighting. PILGRIM is great for overall atmosphere, not used it myself but it has good reviews afaik.
